These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LaneGorilla (“LaneGorilla,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of our websites, software, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for your staff's use of the Service. You must be authorized to act for the bowling center you register.
Your center and your data
You own the data you and your customers put into the Service (reservations, bowlers, leagues, scores, orders, and the like). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the content you publish on your booking site and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
Subscriptions, trials, and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to your next billing period.
Payments you collect from your customers (deposits, dues, tickets, merchandise) are processed by Stripe through a connected account in your name. Those funds are yours, net of Stripe's fees and any disclosed platform fee. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and are responsible for taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fulfillment. Your use of payments is also subject to Stripe's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service;
- resell or white-label the Service without our written consent;
- send unlawful or non-consented marketing through the Service.
Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties such as Stripe (payments), Printify (print fulfillment), Cloudinary (image hosting), and email providers. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
